Returns and Refunds

If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Consumer Protection Act to return your order by notifying us within 30 days of receiving the product(s). The returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and properly packed for return shipping. The right of return does not apply to custom-made products with personalized prints.

To make a return, you must send a return notification via email to complaints@dullhog.com. You will receive instructions for the return via email. In the case of a return, the refund will be made to the payment method used in the original order. We will process the refund promptly in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
